Q--
I attended a seminar late last summer at your place on plastic culture. When I returned to your place this year to pick blueberries while on vacation, I noticed you had new strawberries planted but did not use plastic. Do you not encourage people to use it anymore? Have you found something negative about it?

A--
We know have the plastic down. We believe there are several ways to plant on plastic. We plant then lay the plastic 7-14 days later.

Plasticulture is proving to be a great way to improve yields, increase berry size and harvest efficiency and control weeds.

The only real negative is plastic removal and disposal.
