WE have a few thornless blackberry plants about 4 years of age. We now have a fungus and we read on a few sites that a chemical called Cabrio or Benomyl could help in this problem. We would like to know where to purchase these chemicals. We have read about the two of them and know there isues. The plants have rosette from the pictures .  Thank you    Terry Spencer

The fungicides you describe are sold by Agricultural Chemical Dealers and Fertilizer Dealers. The most prominant companies include Helena Chemical, Crop Production Services or Western Farm Service. The best way is to ask a local farmer where the local supplier is located.
