Q
I went to check on my 2 mature blueberry bushes yesterday and found them all but completely eaten by caterpillars....HELP.

Any organic suggestions? I have 6 young plants nearby that I don't want to be infested too.

Bacillis thuringiensis(BT) is organically safe. You can find it at most garden centers. Apply after sunset for best results.

Thanks for your reply. I will spray my new bushes, purchased from Nourse farms last year.

My mature ones, may not make it , it looks as though they're just dead sticks. Too bad, they were so big, and would produce so many blueberries. But I'll give em a shot too.

Don't give up hope, many plants will put new leaves. And even if they don't, wait till next year to see if they make it. You might be suprised.
