Q--
I have two rows of day neutral strawberries that are in their second year. I noticed that they hardly sent out any runners this year. Does this mean it is time to til these under and start with new plants in the spring?
Thanks

A--
I recommend planting Day Neutral plants every year for the biggest, best berries. The second year plants produce a great crop in spring and fill the gaps in fall. You go to a lot of effort for berries, why have small berries?
